Alrod offers a full technical service to help customers with products through the design stage onto prototyping and into mass production.

We able to respond to customer enquiries within 2 working days if drawings / technical requirements are electronically sent to us. Our systems are able to handle most common forms of data e.g. DXF, DWG, PDF etc.

We can advise customers on which specific aluminium alloys and finishes best suit their products.

We can produce samples from aluminium extrusion in our toolroom prior to committing to dedicated tooling.

Alrod also has the facility to produce samples of aluminium profiles without need of cutting an extrusion die. ( max length 200mm ) These can be produced within 5 working days.
