Capacity.

Cutting.

Alrod has 5 aluminium cut off saws, both manual and automatic. They are capable of cutting to fine tolerances and angles.

CNC Machining.

Alrod has 8 CNC machining centres capable of machining, drilling and tapping aluminium extrusion to very tight tolerances.

Presses.

Alrod has 20 presses, including manual fly presses, power presses ranging from 6 ton to 120 ton capability. There is also a CNC controlled 3 metre brake press.

Additional Machining.

In addition to the above, Alrod has a wide range of manual and automatic milling, drilling, tapping and de-burring machines necessary for producing high quality components from aluminium extrusion.
